SUNROOM

TYPE III Duraline Coated Fire Hose for Industrial Fire Protection

Sunroom fire hoses are manufactured in compliance with the latest GB 6246-2026 standard, designed to meet diverse global fire protection requirements. Each fire hose is composed of two main parts: an outer jacket (woven reinforcement layer) and an inner lining. Different material combinations are used to achieve specific performance requirements under various working conditions. Sunroom fire hoses are classified based on jacket and lining structure, providing reliable solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial fire protection systems.

Duraline Fire Hose

Corresponding to Sunroom red jacket fire hoses, featuring high-visibility design for easy identification. It is suitable for public areas, professional firefighting operations, and emergency response scenarios where quick recognition and reliable performance are required.

Sunroom TYPE III double-sided adhesive hose is a professional fluid transfer hose featuring a reinforced three-layer structure, consisting of an inner lining, a braided reinforcement layer, and an outer protective layer.

Both the inner and outer surfaces are treated with a double-sided adhesive coating, ensuring tight bonding between layers and improving overall structural stability and durability during operation.

The hose is manufactured using high-strength polyester filament weaving, providing excellent tensile strength and reliable pressure resistance for demanding working conditions.

The inner and outer layers are coated with rubber or PU materials, offering strong resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and environmental impact, making the hose suitable for use in complex industrial and firefighting environments.

All raw materials used in Sunroom TYPE III hoses are selected under strict quality control standards to ensure consistent performance and compliance with fire safety requirements.

TYPE I (British Standard)

Corresponding to Sunroom white jacket fire hoses, mainly used for general fire protection and civil applications. It features lightweight construction, easy handling, and cost-effective performance, making it suitable for everyday fire safety use.

TYPE III (British Standard)

Corresponding to Sunroom coated jacket fire hoses (double-sided adhesive hoses), designed for high durability applications. It offers excellent water resistance, corrosion resistance, and abrasion resistance, making it suitable for harsh environments such as chemical plants, outdoor installations, and industrial facilities.

Core Structural Advantages

The structural design of Sunroom TYPE III double-sided adhesive hose is developed based on practical application requirements and common operational challenges. Each structural layer plays a specific role in ensuring overall performance and reliability.

The double-sided adhesive layer on both inner and outer surfaces provides reliable sealing performance and helps prevent fluid leakage under normal and high-pressure working conditions. It also offers resistance to acid and alkali exposure, making the hose suitable for transferring different types of fluids in industrial environments.

The middle braided reinforcement layer is made of high-strength polyester filament using high-density weaving technology. This structure provides strong burst resistance and stable pressure performance, even under demanding operating conditions.

The integrated construction formed by the adhesive bonding process ensures firm layer adhesion and reduces the risk of delamination or cracking during long-term use. This improves structural stability and supports consistent performance in continuous operation.

Highlights of Performance Parameters

Pressure resistance:
It has high working pressure and burst pressure, meeting conventional fire protection requirements. It operates stably under pressure without deformation, bulging, or bursting.

Wear & drag resistance:
The outer rubber/PU lining resists friction and impact during use in construction sites, factory areas, and outdoor rough ground, helping reduce wear and damage.

Weather resistance:
It provides good resistance to sunlight and low temperatures, maintaining flexibility without aging, cracking, hardening, or brittleness under different environmental conditions.

Efficient fluid transfer:
The smooth inner wall reduces flow resistance, improving water delivery efficiency compared with hoses with rough inner surfaces.
